Detection of human SCC-112 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa and HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SCC-112 antibody A300-089A (lot A300-089A-1) used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Detection of human SCC-112 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Nuclear extract (5 and 20 µg for WB, 1 mg for IP) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SCC-112 antibody A300-089A used at 0.1 µg/ml for WB and at 2 µg/mg extract for IP. immunoprecipitatesd SCC-112 was detected with affinity purified rabbit anti-SCC-112 antibody A300-088A used at 0.06 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of less than 5 minutes.
