Detection of human MPP1/P55 by western b
Detection of human MPP1/P55 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) prepared using RIPA buffer from HeLa, HEK293T, and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MPP1/P55 antibody A304-431A (lot A304-431A-1) used for WB at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
Detection of human MPP1/P55 by western b
Detection of human MPP1/P55 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using RIPA buffer from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-MPP1/P55 antibody A304-431A (lot A304-431A-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. MPP1/P55 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-MPP1/P55 antibody BL16529. For blotting immunoprecipitated MPP1/P55, A304-431A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
