Detection of human Stomatin by western b
Detection of human Stomatin by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) prepared using NETN and RIPA buffer from HeLa, HEK293T, and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Stomatin antibody A304-425A (lot A304-425A-1) used for WB at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
Detection of human Stomatin by western b
Detection of human Stomatin by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using RIPA buffer from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Stomatin antibody A304-425A (lot A304-425A-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. Stomatin was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Stomatin antibody BL16367. For blotting immunoprecipitated Stomatin, A304-425A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
