Detection of human RNA Polymerase II by
Detection of human RNA Polymerase II by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN buffer from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RNA Polymerase II antibody A304-405A (lot A304-405A-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. RNA Polymerase II was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RNA Polymerase II antibody BL16638. For blotting immunoprecipitated RNA Polymerase II, A300-653A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
