Detection of human CD3E by western blot.
Detection of human CD3E by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CD3E antibody A304-291A (lot A304-291A-1) used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
Detection of human CD3E by western blot
Detection of human CD3E by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CD3E antibody A304-291A (lot A304-291A-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CD3E was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CD3E antibody BL16032 and rabbit anti-CD3E recombinant monoclonal antibody [BL-298-5D12] (A700-016). For blotting immunoprecipitated CD3E, A700-016 was used at 1:1000. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
