Detection of human PYK2 by western blot.
Detection of human PYK2 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PYK2 antibody A304-227A (lot A304-227A-1) used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
Detection of human PYK2 by western blot
Detection of human PYK2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PYK2 antibody A304-227A (lot A304-227A-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. PYK2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PYK2 antibody A304-226A. For blotting immunoprecipitated PYK2, A304-227A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
