Phenoxybenzamine hydrochloride is a nonselective, irreversible, orally active α-adrenoceptor antagonist that is commonly used for the research of hypertension, specifically caused by pheochromocytoma. Phenoxybenzamine hydrochloride also shows antitumor activity[1][2]. 10mM
