PKA-IN-1 is a potent and selective cyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA) catalytic subunit (cAK) inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.03 µM. PKA-IN-1 inhibits cAK in a fashion that is competitive with respect to ATP as substrate[1].
