The Pico Methyl-Seq™ Library Prep Kit from Zymo Research enables all-inclusive bisulphite conversion and Whole Genome Bisulphite Sequencing (WGBS) library preparation. Providing a streamlined, ligation- and gel-free method and accommodating inputs as low as 10 pg DNA (including that derived from FFPE samples), this kit is ideal for methylation analysis of precious, limited and target-enriched samples.
