Cortisol ELISAs

Cayman Chemical offers two excellent cortisol ELISA kits for the accurate measurement of cortisol in urine, plasma and other sample matrices.The cortisol ELISA has a detection range of 6.6-4,000 pg/ml and sensitivity (80 percent B/B0) of ~35 pg/ml whilst the cortisol Express ELISA can measure cortisol levels down to 110 pg/ml in less than four hours. Requiring only 50 ul sample volume, the cortisol ELISA and cortisol Express ELISA contain an exclusive patented highly stable acetyl cholinesterase (AChE) tracer. AChE has a wide pH range, is highly resistant to interference from common buffer salts and preservatives and requires no 'stop' reagent enabling the plate to be read when convenient and does not self-inactivate during turnover.
