Cambridge Bioscience is pleased to announce the launch of the Antibody Promise, a new commitment designed to give researchers across the UK and Ireland greater confidence when purchasing antibodies for their research.
As part of the wider Europa Biosite group initiative, the Antibody Promise reflects Cambridge Bioscience's ongoing commitment to supplying high-quality research reagents supported by scientific expertise and carefully selected supplier partnerships. Under the Antibody Promise, Cambridge Bioscience will refund, replace or exchange any antibody purchased directly from the company that does not perform as stated in the manufacturer's datasheet, subject to the programme's terms and conditions.
Antibodies remain fundamental tools across life science research, from basic biological studies through to translational research and drug discovery. However, selecting the right antibody can still be a significant challenge, with researchers often facing issues relating to performance, reproducibility and validation. When an antibody does not deliver the expected results, the consequences can include delays to projects, increased costs and valuable time lost troubleshooting experiments.
The Antibody Promise has been introduced to help reduce this risk. By combining access to antibodies from leading global manufacturers with Cambridge Bioscience's experienced scientific support team, researchers can purchase with greater confidence knowing expert advice is available before and after they buy.
