NEST boasts state-of-the-art machinery on a 100,000-class dust-free manufacturing site, certified with an ISO 9001 management system. Following exacting manufacturing standards and rigid QA procedures that meet the ISO 11137 and ISO 13485 standards, the NEST products have been exported across the world. Facilities include a high power laminar flow clean room meeting the ISO 8 grade standard with a floor space of 2,000 square meters, a central feeding system, a Rhodotron TT 200 from Belgium IBA, high precision injection machinery from Japan, robot arms with automatic conveyers and hot runner moulds.
