Product Description:
A pyrrole pro-insecticide; metabolized in vivo into CL 303268; increases respiratory activity in vivo in German cockroaches at 1-10 µg/insect but not in vitro in Sf9 insect cells at 1-100 µM or isolated rat liver mitochondria; active against insects susceptible and resistant to pyrethroid and organophosphate insecticides, including mosquitoes that carry malaria (LC50s = 2-2.39% suspension impregnated on paper); lethal to rats (LD50s = 441 and 1,152 mg/kg for male and female rats, respectively)
