Product Description:
A carbamate insecticide; is an inhibitor of AChE (IC50 = 13.6 nM for the mosquito enzyme); toxic to fourth instar mosquito larvae (LC50 = 0.83 ppm) and tobacco budworms (LD50 = 0.3 mg/g); increases the serum levels of IL-4 and IL-10 and decreases serum levels of IL-2, IFN-γ, IL-1β, and TNF-α, spleen and thymus weight, as well as concanavalin A-induced increases in lymphocyte proliferation, in rats at 30 mg/kg per day
