Ethidium homodimer III, 1mM in DMSO

Ethidium Homodimer III was developed by Biotium as an alternative to Ethidium Homodimer I. It has absorption and emission spectra similar to those of Ethidium Homodimer I, but stains DNA 45% brighter.  

 
• &lamba;_Ex/&lamba;_Em (with DNA) = 530/620 nm
 
• 1 mM solution in DMSO
