A β2-AR agonist; induces relaxation of equine tracheal muscle strips (EC50 = 2.1 nM); increases the number of autophagosomes and autophagic flux in HepG2 cells at 300 nM; increases blood flow to adipose tissue and induces weight gain in rats at 2 mg/kg; induces relaxation of bovine uterus; inhibits infection of MDCK cells by an H1N1 influenza isolate in vitro (EC50 = 9.4 µM)
