Immunohistochemistry analysis in human prostate and skeletal muscle tissues using HPA035248 antibody. Corresponding IDH1 RNA-seq data are presented for the same tissues.

Immunohistochemical staining of human prostate shows strong positivity in glandular cells.

Immunohistochemical staining of human testis shows strong cytoplasmic positivity in cells in seminiferous ducts and i Leydig cells.

Immunohistochemical staining of human kidney shows moderate positivity in cells in tubules.

Immunohistochemical staining of human skeletal muscle shows no positivity in myocytes as expected.
