CF®543 Donkey Anti-Chicken IgY (IgG) (H+L), Highly Cross-Adsorbed

This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed donkey anti-chicken IgY (H+L) with CF®543 dye. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Orange fluorescent CF®543 dye has excitation/emission at 541/560 nm. To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine, goat, guinea pig, Syrian hamster, horse, human, mouse, rabbit, rat and sheep serum.
