Phalloidin conjugates are actin filament stains for fixed and permeabilized cells. CF® dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Far-red fluorescent CF®647 dye has excitation/emission at 650/665 nm.

Storage Temperature:

HeLa cells stained with mouse-anti-Golgin-97 (Golgi marker) detected using CF488A goat anti-mouse IgG (green), and rabbit-anti-COXIV (mitochondrial marker) detected using CF555 goat anti-rabbit IgG (red). Actin filaments are stained with CF647 phalloidin conjugate (magenta) and nuclei are stained with DAPI (blue).

MCF-7 cells stained with rabbit anti-COXIV and CF555 goat anti-rabbit (mitochondria, green) and mouse anti-ZO1 and CF647 goat anti-mouse (tight junctions, red). Mounted in EverBrite Mounting Medium with DAPI (nuclei, blue).
