MLF1 (Myeloid leukemia factor 1) mouse monoclonal antibody, clone OTI2C10 (formerly 2C10)

HEK293T cells were transfected with the — HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY MLF1 (RC202774, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-MLF1. Positive lysates LY411706 (100ug) and LC411706 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

HEK293T cells transfected with either RC — HEK293T cells transfected with either RC202774 overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-MLF1 antibody (TA800121), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
