Product Description:
EN1033 is a covalent immunomodulatory molecular glue degrader that specifically targets and degrades transcription factors IRF5 and IRF8. EN1033 promotes IRF5 degradation via the proteasome-dependent pathway and displays superior binding and degradation activity against IRF8. By covalently engaging C28 and C223 residues on IRF5 and IRF8, respectively, EN1033 effectively inhibits the pro-inflammatory transcriptional functions of these targets.
