Rovalpituzumab tesirine, also known as SC-002, is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting DLL3 (delta like protein 3). It is composed of the DLL3-targeting antibody Anti-DLL3 Antibody (Rovalpituzumab) (BPS Bioscience #84365) tethered to a cytotoxic agent pyrrolobenzodiazepine by means of a protease-cleavable linker.
