Fast Probe Master Mix with Rox (200 rxn)

Fast Probe Master Mix is formulated for conducting real-time PCR using oligo-based probes such as TaqMan® or MGB probes. The master mix contains buffer, dNTPs, MgCl2 and our superior hotstart enzyme Cheetah™ Taq. Cheetah™ Taq is a chemically modified hotstart Taq which can be fully activated in 2 minutes, thus permitting fast PCR. We offer two formats of probe master mix, without ROX and with ROX.  For sensitive, affordable qPCR  reactions we now recommend our new and improved Forget-Me-Not™ Universal Probe PCR Master Mix.  TaqMan® is a registered trademark of Roche Diagnostics.
