FluoSite™ Anti-PAN TCR γδ Antibody, PE-Labeled

This anti-PAN TCR antibody is a purified monospecific recombinant antibody, which is labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE). This antibody has been tested by flow cytometry for binding to two major subsets of γδ TCR (T cell receptor), Vδ1 TCR and Vδ2 TCR, in normal human PBMCs (Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells, BPS Bioscience #79059), Expanded Human Peripheral Blood Gamma Delta T Cells (Vδ1; BPS Bioscience #82443), Expanded Human Peripheral Blood Gamma Delta T Cells (Vγ9Vδ2; BPS Bioscience #82733). Untransduced T Cells (BPS Bioscience #78170) were used as a negative control, as they express only αβ TCR. FluoSite™ is a tag-based method for site-specific conjugation of antibodies with fluorophores, ensuring the labeling site is far from the antigen-binding domain to preserve antibody functionality. This precise, consistent labeling ensures the homogeneity of the labeled antibody preparation, making it ideal for flow cytometry and other high-sensitivity applications.
