ZINC00784494 is a selective inhibitor of LCN2 (lipocalin-2), which inhibits cancer cell proliferation and reduces AKT phosphorylation levels, prevents the transition of the cell cycle from the G0/G1 phase to the S phase, and promotes apoptosis.
