EBV ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool Premium

The Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) ImmuneSelect peptide pool contains 44 peptides (8-21mer) from Human herpesvirus 4 (Epstein Barr virus), derived from the following proteins: BARF1 protein BZLF1 DNA polymerase EBNA-1 EBNA-2 EBNA-3A EBNA-3B Epstein-Barr nuclear antigen 1 Epstein-Barr nuclear antigen 6 Glycoprotein GP110 precursor Large tegument protein deneddylase Latent membrane protein 1 Latent membrane protein 2 LMP1 protein Membrane protein Putative membrane antigen p140 Transcription activator BRLF1 The peptide sequences are a mixture of MHC class–I & MHC class–II epitopes. The purity of each peptide is ≥90% (HPLC-MS). The in-vitro stimulation of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) with EBV ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool activates memory T cells specific to the virus, leading to cytokine secretion and the increased expression of specific surface markers.
