HHV-6​ ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool Premium

The Human Herpesvirus (HHV6) peptide pool contains 42 peptides from betaherpesvirus 6A (HHV-6A) and human betaherpesvirus 6B (HHV-6B), derived from the following proteins: Envelope glycoprotein B Envelope glycoprotein H Large structural phosphoprotein Large tegument protein deneddylase Major capsid protein Phosphoprotein 85 Phosphoprotein 86 Protein U54 Protein U63 Putative OX-2 membrane glycoprotein homolog (U85) The peptide sequences are a mixture of MHC class–I & II epitopes. The purity of each peptide is ≥90% (HPLC-MS). The in-vitro stimulation of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) with HHV6 ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool activates memory T cells specific to the virus, leading to cytokine secretion and the increased expression of specific surface markers.
