H5N1 ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool Premium

The Avian Flu ImmuneSelect peptide pool contains 52 peptides from Influenza A virus subtype H5N1 (A/H5N1), derived from the following proteins: Hemagglutinin Neuraminidase Nucleocapsid protein Nucleoprotein NP Matrix protein 0 Matrix protein 1 Polymerase PA Polymerase PB1 The peptide sequences are a mixture of MHC-I and MHC-II epitopes, and the minimum purity of each peptide is ≥90% as determined by HPLC-MS. The in-vitro stimulation of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) with Avian Flu (H5N1) ImmuneSelect Peptide Pool activates memory T cells specific to the virus, leading to cytokine secretion and the increased expression of specific surface markers.
