An SMG1 inhibitor (IC50 = 0.11 nM); selective for SMG1 over mTOR, Cdk1, Cdk2, PI3Kα, and PI3Kγ (IC50s = 0.05, 32, 7.1, 0.092 and 0.06 µM, respectively) and a panel of 25 additional kinases (IC50s = >10 µM) but does inhibit GSKα and GSKβ (IC50s = 0.26 and 0.33 µM, respectively); decreases the phosphorylation of the SMG1 substrate UPF1 in MDA-MB-361 cells from 0.3-3 µM; inhibits the proliferation of MDA-MB-468 cells (IC50 = 0.075 µM)
