Protein FAM13C (FAM13C) is a protein implicated in various cellular processes, including cell signaling and proliferation. It is characterized by the presence of a coiled-coil domain, which is thought to facilitate protein-protein interactions. FAM13C has been associated with the regulation of the RhoA signaling pathway, influencing cytoskeletal dynamics and cellular migration. Dysregulation of FAM13C has been linked to several diseases, particularly cancer.
