25ng of recombinant human CCL7 (Cat. P05
25ng of recombinant human CCL7 (Cat. P05558PA) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K92004_11D2 at 1 µg/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CCL7 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K92004_11D2 can detect human CCL7 by Western blotting.
