A Cdk2 inhibitor (Ki = 1.16 nM); selective for Cdk2 over GSK3β (Ki = 537.81 nM); decreases proliferation of TOV-21G, OVCAR-3, and HCT116 cancer cells (IC50s = 4.8, 0.59, and 0.88 µM, respectively); reduces tumor volume and weight in an HCT116 mouse xenograft model at 50 mg/kg per day
