HLA-C*08:02 K562 Cell Line

The HLA-C*08:02 K562 Cell Line is an engineered human lymphoblast K562 cell line expressing human HLA-C*08:02 driven by an EF1a promoter. This cell line was generated by transduction with HLA-C*08:02 Lentivirus (BPS Bioscience #78930). This cell line has been validated by flow cytometry and co-culture assays with Jurkat cells expressing KRAS G12D, in the presence of wild type and mutant KRAS peptides This product is for research use only and is subject to a Limited Use License.
