Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-4 (CCL13), His Tag, human recombinant (rHuMCP-4-His)

Human recombinant MCP4 produced in E.coli is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 96 amino acids (24-98) and having a molecular mass of 10.8 kDa. The MCP-4 is fused to 21 amino acids His-Tag at N-terminus. CCL13 chemokine is part of the CC chemokine family (TARC). CCL13 protein induces chemotaxis in monocytes, eosinophils, T lymphocytes, and basophils by binding cell surface G-protein linked chemokine receptors such as CCR2, CCR3 and CCR5. CCL13 is induced by the inflammatory cytokines IL1 and TNFA.
