Product Description:
The fluorogenic SHP-2 substrate, DiFMUP, is added to the mixture of SHP-2 (BPS Bioscience #79018) and SHP-2 Activating Peptide (BPS Bioscience #79319). DiFMU fluorophore is released and can then be measured using a fluorescence reader.
