NY-ESO-1 Peptide (157-165)

The New York esophageal squamous cell carcinoma 1 (NY-ESO-1) peptide (157-165, SLLMWITQV) is a peptide corresponding to NY-ESO-1 amino acids 157-165, in which the naturally occurring cysteine (C) at the C-terminus is mutated to Valine (V) to prevent the formation of disulfide bonds. The NY-ESO-1 peptide is widely used to stimulate human NY-ESO-1-specific CD8⁺ T cells.
