Albumin (human) ELISA Kit

Cayman’s Albumin (human) ELISA Kit is a competitive assay that can be used for quantification of human albumin in plasma, serum, and urine. The assay uses two standards: serum albumin for plasma and serum measurements, and an albumin purified from human urine for the measurements in urine. The assay has a range of 7.8-1,000 ng/ml with a midpoint (50% B/B0) of 90-130 and 50-80 ng/ml in serum and urine, respectively, and a sensitivity (80% B/B0) of approximately 25 ng/ml in serum and 15 ng/ml in urine.
