Product Description:
An antimicrobial peptide; active against S. aureus, MRSA, P. aeruginosa, and carbapenem-resistant P. aeruginosa (MBCs = 2, 2, 2, and 4 µg/ml, respectively); induces bacterial outer membrane permeability and ATP leakage to the extracellular space in S. aureus and P. aeruginosa; increases survival in a mouse model of sepsis induced by S. aureus at 10 mg/kg
