A furin inhibitor (Ki = 100 nM); inhibits West Nile virus NS3 protease (Ki = 478 nM); reduces the proliferation, invasion, and migration of SW 1990 and PaTu 8988 pancreatic cancer cells, as well as decreases the levels of N-cadherin and vimentin and increases E-cadherin levels in the same cells at 1 µg/ml; improves survival in a rat model of anthrax toxemia induced by protective antigen and lethal factor
