An amide with antiplatelet and DNA-cleaving activities; inhibits arachidonic acid- or collagen-induced aggregation of isolated washed rabbit platelets (IC50s = 30.5 and 37.3 µM, respectively); cleaves DNA in a cell-free DNA strand scission assay in the presence, but not absence, of copper ions at 250 µM
