Certain cell types and cell culture conditions require specific formulations for efficient transfection.
To address this, Mirus Bio have developed specialised TransIT® Transfection Reagents with the same low-toxicity and high performance qualities of their broad-spectrum reagents, but for specific, more challenging cell types including Jurkat, breast cancer cell types and keratinocytes, as well as laboratory workhorse cell lines such as adherent HeLa, CHO and HEK293 cells.
