RNA from urine: ZR RNA

The ZR Urine RNA Isolation Kit™ from Zymo Research enables the simple and reliable isolation of total RNA from cells in urine samples. In less than 5 minutes, cells are isolated using a uniquely-designed syringe filter and a syringe (not provided) and following separation, cells are lysed and total RNA stabilised using a specially formulated Urine RNA Buffer. The collected lysate can then be used immediately or later following transportation and/or storage. This kit produces high-quality, total RNA suitable for all downstream applications including next generation sequencing and RT-PCR.
