Ribosomal RNA depletion kits: RiboCop

Lexogen's rRNA depletion kit, RiboCop, enables the efficient removal of ribosomal RNA (rRNA) for RNA sequencing. Removal of rRNA ensures sequencing depth focuses on RNA transcripts of interest, including coding mRNA transcripts and non-coding transcripts such as snRNA and lncRNA.

RiboCop's enzyme-free protocol preserves RNA integrity, removing highly abundant undesired transcripts, while maintaining unbiased transcriptome profiles and minimising off-target depletion of unmapped reads.
