The E. cloni® competent cells from Lucigen incorporate a unique manufacturing technology that increases transformation efficiency, recombinant yields and reliability. Available in chemically and electrocompetent formats in a range of high transformation efficiencies, the E.cloni cells are ideal as direct replacements for standard cloning strains (e.g., DH5α™, DH10B™, JM109, TOP10 and XL1-Blue).
