RNA from fungi/bacteria: Quick-RNA

The Quick-RNA™ Fungal/Bacterial kits from Zymo Research enables the fast isolation of RNA from tough-to-lyse fungi, including A. fumigatus, C. albicans, N. crassa, S. cerevisiae, S. pombe, as well as Gram (+/-) bacteria, algae and protozoa. With the efficient lysis of fungal and/or bacterial samples using the ultra-high density BashingBead™ technology, the Quick-RNA Fungal/Bacterial kits isolate inhibitor-free RNA for downstream applications including next-generation sequencing, RT-PCR, microarray or hybridisation.
