RNA from fixed tissues: Quick-RNA

The Quick-RNA™ FFPE kit from Zymo Research isolates RNA from formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue samples using a quick and simple method. Using unique chemistries optimised for the maximum recovery of both large and small RNA species, the Quick-RNA FFPE kit gives high-quality total RNA (including small RNAs 17-200 nt) that is DNA-free and is ready for RT-PCR, hybridisation and sequencing.
