Lentiviral differentiation reporters for stem cell research

This large selection of effective and biosafe lentiviral differentiation reporters are for investigating the real-time differentiation of mouse and human embryonic stem cells, induced pluripotent stem cells and progenitors into haematopoietic, myogenic, neural, signalling and structural cells, in live cells. These reporters are available as lentivector plasmids or as prepackaged lentiviral preparations (using the HIV lentiviral backbone and pseudotyped with VSV-G protein) ready for transduction of target cells.

Formats
These differentiation reporters are available in both lentivector plasmid and transduction ready prepackaged virus particle formats using the HIV lentiviral backbone and pseudotyped with VSV-G protein. As standard, these reporters are available with the pGreenZeo dual markers but custom constructs are available with the pRedZeo and pGreenTK markers.
