The EZ DNA Methylation Lightning Kits from Zymo Research offer the fastest complete bisulphite conversion of DNA for methylation analysis. These kits include unique low-elution spin columns for desulphonation and clean-up of converted DNA, and ready-to-use Lightning Conversion Reagent. Simply add the conversion reagent to a DNA sample, incubate for approximately 1 hour, and let the reaction proceed to completion.
Converted DNA produced ideal for PCR, Methylation Specific PCR (MSP), arrays, library preparations and next generation sequencing.

High throughput requirements
For higher throughput requirements, the spin columns are also available in shallow or deep well 96 well plate format. The two catalogue numbers, D5032 and D5033, are used to differentiate between the binding plates that are included in the kit. Deep and shallow-well binding plates are available to accommodate most rotors and microplate carriers.

The EZ-96 DNA Methylation-Lightning MagPrep Kit offers the fastest magnetic bead-based bisulphite conversion of DNA for high-throughput methylation analysis. Featuring convenient magnetic binding beads and a ready-to-use Lightning Conversion Reagent, desulphonation and clean-up of the converted DNA is performed while bound to the MagBinding Beads. Converted DNA is ideal for PCR, array and next generation sequencing such as bisulphite sequencing.
