The EZ DNA Methylation Kit from Zymo Research features a simplified procedure to streamline the bisulphite treatment of DNA.
Based on a three-step reaction that takes place between cytosine and sodium bisulphite, this kit utilises innovative desulphonation technologies to eliminate cumbersome precipitations. Template degradation is reduced and DNA loss is minimised during treatment and clean-up, while ensuring complete conversion of the DNA. Purified, converted DNA is ideal for downstream analyses including library preparation for next generation sequencing, PCR amplification, endonuclease digestion and microarrays.
The EZ DNA Methylation Kit is recommended for use with the Illumina® Infinium Methylation EPIC BeadChip array.

High throughput requirements
For higher throughput requirements, the spin columns are also available in shallow or deep well 96 well plate format. The two catalogue numbers, D5003 and D5004, are used to differentiate between the binding plates that are included in the kit. Deep and shallow-well binding plates are available to accommodate most rotors and microplate carriers.
