The ExoGlow™ kit from System Biosciences enables the tracking of cellular interaction and uptake of exosomes with low background and high selectivity. With proprietary fluorescent dyes which improve your ability to track and localise extracellular vesicles (EVs) specifically and covalently labelling internal EV proteins, EV mRNAs and EV membranes to monitor exosome cargo deliver in real time. Monitor EV trafficking in vivo with the ExoGlow-Vivo EV Labeling Kit (Near IR), a unique dye developed for following EVs in animal models and tissues.

ExoGlow-Protein enables clear visualisation of labelled EVs being internalised by target cells
SBI labelled HEK293T EVs with ExoGlow-Protein and followed uptake by HEK293T cells. The punctate fluorescence signal shows internalisation of labelled EVs by the target cells.
ExoGlow-Membrane is specific for intact membranes
PBS, liposomes, liposomes pre-solubilised with detergent (0.05% Tx100), EVs, or lipoproteins were incubated. Only the samples with intact membranes—liposomes and EVs (blue)—show a high fluorescence signal, demonstrating ExoGlow-Membrane’s specificity for intact membranes.
